    I live in Iran & I have z10 for at least 8 month but I couldn't install even one blackberry app on my phone!!!!!

    Make sure you have a valid BlackBerry ID. and enable either your data network or wifi . Also enable the options in the "settings" in the BlackBerry world app.

    I think BlackBerry World is not supported in Iran..

    OP, if I were you, I'd look into using a vpn, as that seems the only way it'll work
