Hi guys,
So I lost my Z10 on a business trip to New York about 2 weeks ago, and when I tried to video call that PIN from my PB yesterday it went through and someone actually picked up the call for a good 5 second...
I have asked ATT to block that IMEI and guess that didn't work, anyone knows if there is anything I can do to block that PIN on my lost device?

PIN blacklisting is done by BB (the company) and not carriers. Carriers can only go so far as to blacklist the IMEI, and maybe submit a request to BB to PIN block. I don't know their criteria though.

Did you have BB Protect installed, by chance?

Unfortunately I didn't log in to that although I had it installed..
I Thought IMEI block would make the phone un-usable already, didn't know I have to go that deep into PIN block. I will need to check BB website for help now..
