    Can someone please tell me how BlackBerry is going to make money from BBM which is going cross platform? They are being available for free so how are they gonna survive with this? I mean I can only see people switching back to android or IOS when this happens cuz lots of my friends use BlackBerry just for BBM but not me since I rarely use BBM and I love bb10...

    BBM Channels will most likely be used to bring in ad revenue. Other services such as BBM Money can find their way in as well.

    BBM money is a BIG if and Channels will need at least a year out of beta before it gains any real traction worth ad revenue (if any. . .)
