Desktop manager can do the trick, if the pictures are on a PC folder.
From a phone to phone you are stuck doing it individually. But I would recommend you hooking the opposing phone to pc and copy and paste the fold on a desktop and then plug in your device to the pc and drop it in the appropriate location for the pictures.
BB designers really need to look at including "Mark" (like any other mobile) so you can select more than one file at time - should be a priority because major hang up for the phone - with my SonyE I could select whole folder in one hit
