    BlackBerry produced an update for setting up Hotmail on their devices, which I did for one of my users. However, two days after I set it up he tried to send an email he received a message stating that he needed to validate his Hotmail account on the device again (which I have now done for him).

    I have found that this happens for AOL addresses every 90 days and is an AOL 'thing'.

    I'm wondering if anyone has found that this happens regularly where he'll have to keep validating his Hotmail account (or whether the message he received was a one-off).

    Has anyone experienced any other issues with using Hotmail on their device that I should be aware of?

    well I have not had any issues, but I just got a hotmail account like 3 weeks ago... dont know if this helps.
