Since you titled your post "Host Routing Table," I assume you have registered it. If you have, and you still don't have email, resend your Service Books. You can do that from your carrier's BIS site. If you have done both, and your email still doesn't work, then you have done all a user can do. Your next step is to call Customer Service. Something isn't set up properly on your account. That happens fairly often, and should be quickly corrected.
