    I unlocked my T-Mobile blackberry 9700 and am using it on Cincinnati Bell's network with the BIS data plan, but I cannot set up my email...HELP!

    Was the phone released from TMO and then properly registered on CB?

    You will have to call TMO and ask them to release the PIN and then re activate the BIS on CB.

    Since you titled your post "Host Routing Table," I assume you have registered it. If you have, and you still don't have email, resend your Service Books. You can do that from your carrier's BIS site. If you have done both, and your email still doesn't work, then you have done all a user can do. Your next step is to call Customer Service. Something isn't set up properly on your account. That happens fairly often, and should be quickly corrected.
