    So I'm new to Crackberry and i just got my Z10 which is a fantastic phone, well my question is how do you reset the home screen layout so the apps are where they were when you bought/started the phone?

    You've got me somewhat confused. If you simply want to move apps around. Long press on an app until it pulsates. Then you can move any around by holding down on it and moving. Hope that helps.
