524.16*1000000*10.78/3000000=$1883.4816 each.

*Number of shares excludes dilutive securities (whatever that is)

Dilutive securities would be things such as stock options that are held (usually by executives as compensation) but not yet exercised.

You would dilute it by assuming these were all exercised at once. This is why you see earnings per share always followed by 'diluted EPS' on the statements.

I would only join this initiative if and only if the entire management team was terminated without any type of severance package and BlackBerry taken private. The prime minister would have to revoke the Canadian citizenship of Thorsten Heins and immediate deportation sans appeal.
