Ok everyone. I have WiFi on my BB8120. WiFi was working all day until I went to pick kids up from school. Came back home and now it is all gray not black and white. When I went to my manage Connection my WiFi has a yellow circle with a minus sign in it. What the heck please help

The colour of indicator means:

Black Logo and Wi-Fi network name

Your device is connected to a Wi-Fi network but does not have access
to BlackBerry services over the Wi-Fi connection.


Gray Logo

Your connection to a Wi-Fi network is turned on, but you are not in a
Wi-Fi coverage area

The simplest troubleshooting step would be to delete your current profile and reconnect to the network.

If you want to troubleshoot it in detail, Manage Connections / Wi-Fi Options / Wi-Fi Diagnostics.

You should see an error message or Network acquired under Status. If you have an error, that will help with the next step.
