Help with Vorino Activation Code?

I just downloaded the Vorino Battery Monitor that I won from CB. It After I installed it, it asks for a 5 digit activation code...where the **** do I get this -_-??

It says I can request one but I don't even know where to request it from?

Any suggestions? Thanks

In "My Apps" in the Superstore it's listed as "Battery Monitor, customized". When I downloaded it, it showed Vorino battery 1.3.1.1. Anyway the download code is either 12814 or 53158. These are the codes in my records. I hope one works for you. If not, I tried.....(smile)
