I'm trying to uninstall the "Capture It" program, but it's still showing up, is there a step that I'm missing?

Should be a simple delete and restart or battery pull; not sure why it wouldn't be

Take the battery cover off the back, remove the battery, reinsert the battery, put the cover back on.

+1 Battery Pull. Also check in the options>applications and make sure it's not in there. If it is, delete within that folder and then pull battery. It's always a good idea to pull the battery after any deletion.

Success... I used the ''Quick Pull'' app. after deletion and figured it would have been the same, but doing a batt. pull did the trick.
thanks.
