I am a new blackberry owner and technologically challenged. When I try to synchronize my blackberry with my computer, it appears to at first be going through the synchronization process. Then I get a message that the Intellisync application is unable to complete its application. I am completely lost. Anyone with any advice will be my hero... Thanks very much!

I'm having the exact same problem - synchronizes about 16 items, then tells me "operation terminated unexpectedly " and if i try again it immediately gives me an "unknown error reported" .... and that's all I can do.

I am having a problem with my 9630 Tour as well. It will synch my Outlook tasks, contacts but then skips my calendar. I checked all mapping and it seems okay. It synched fine last Friday but won't synch calendar.
