4 of my screws are rounded out and I have no idea how to remove them. They wont budge at all using a T5 or a T6. Any suggestions on how to get them out? Need to open it up and switch out my broken trackball.
Unless you have spare screws you won't gain much except to get a 2-part phone. Warranty exchange if possible, otherwise look to see if it is covered by insurance.
If you have ripped the torx socket out of the screws the only likely fix is to drill the screw heads to destroy them. It is likely you will also risk damaging the plastic case around the screws.
If the problem is a "non scrolling" ball I suggest you try cleaning it without dismantling. I use an old handkerchief wetted with isopropanol (tape head cleaner) and just move the ball around in all directions for a minute or two, it usually works fine afterward. Note that the cloth needs to be completely lint free and wet with alcohol, not just damp. The idea is to have the ball carry solvent in and wash itself.
