I JUST got a new world edition crackberry, and recieved a MMS that is a pic, and probably something I dont want to call customer support about, knowing the friend that sent it. It is telling me to click Go/View to see it...but I dont have that as an option. Suggestions?

Sprint like Verizon doesn't support MMS on the 8830. you'll have to view it on a PC.
Welcome to CB. The only way you can send a pic from your phone would be to send it via email since Sprint does not support MMS on any BB.

Sprint, Alltel, and Telus are all incapable of MMS on their BBs. Verizon will not allow any BB without a camera from sending MMS.
