I hope someone out there can help I purchased the blackberry curve 8350i it was working fine. The other day the picture went white and in small letters it said application 205 and underneath it said reset, (i tried it all) now the phone wont turn on and is blinking red any ideas????

My problem I believe is I am working with a mac and i dont have the desktop manager on this computer, I have the original blackberry curve disk and i am downloading the new version now from your link, but for some reason i believe the problem is still with the mac because I can not find the application under your instructions,thanks!
