Hi i have a 8100 and when i go on to the internet sometimes it will randomly shut off at random and the red led goes on and the phone shuts off. HELP!

Sounds like you have a bit of a battery problem there. Is it a brand new battery? Did you let the battery go completely dead? You should always charge the battery before allowing it to get to 0%.

Maybe your battery is loose and the connection to the phone or battery is being interupted.

I can think of no reason the restart would be releated to Browser.

Does it also do this when you are using the phone or messages?

My Sprint 8330 has been doing the exact same thing over the past week or two. Either my phone will reset itself, or I end up getting the blank white screen followed by the hour glass. I don't know what to do...any suggestions?!?

when the phone comes back on the reception bars have a big X where they bars should be.
