Hi guys please help I am having blackberry z10 running 10.2.1 first thing is not working on my z10 is Facebook when I open the Facebook app it says Facebook didn't receive any new stories I tried from the browser it something like that the certificate is valid or is trusted I did exception it works in the browser only. Second thing is the blackberry world and bbm channels. But this one is weird twitter is not working I thought to open it from the web like Facebook I can't even do exception like Facebook and anthor thing I am having fifa 14 running on my mobile perfectly I didn't notice any error in it ever but now I can't login to origin please help I can't do anything with my mobile. ;( help please.

I am running os 10.2.1.2102 I am connected to a wifi network which is strong it's not about network my brother's mobile is working perfectly and when I open Facebook from pc it works without any problems. And yes I have tried rebooting my mobile a lot of times but still nothing is working please help guys.

Explain a little more detailed please. What's up with BBM and BlackBerry World? What model Z10 do you have? Are you using Facebook app from beta zone or BlackBerry World?

Now when I open the blackberry world I can see the apps but if I tried to open one to download it says ssl handshake failed and if I tried to search it says there is problem retrieving search results with bbm I can't search for channels or send messages

guys i am in a big trouble now i am doing data wipe to the phone it finished and then it switches off the mobile now when i open it it starts data wipe again now it happens for three times .
guys please help i really need your help

Search the forums and download a older 10.2 leak that's one option it'll install without BBlink.

Proper option leave Z10 connected to PC directly not a hub. Press and hold power button when it's on for 10seconds. To shut it down. Then us BBLINK to RELOAD the OD directly from BlackBerry servers.

SSL handshake fail, please help me with this problem on BBW, BB Z10 STL100-1 i can't open any app in BBW.

To resolve the issue perform the following steps:
Browse to Settings > Security and Privacy > Certificates > Authorities.
Open one of the GlobalSign Root CA certificates.
Check that the Not Valid After setting shows Jan 28, 2014 and then;choose the applicable step to follow:
If the setting matched then scroll back to the top and uncheck Trusted.
If the setting did not match then repeat these steps on the other GlobalSign Root CA certificate.
