I need some help. I just got a replacement phone for my Blackberry Bold. I need some help - i hate getting a new phone cause all my contacts dont update - when i move my sim into the new phone it adds a persons name nmultiple times with their various numbers....and half of the contacts dont even show up in the new phone...there must be an easier way!!!

There is, BlackBerry Desktop Manager includes a special program to Swap devices. It works between BlackBerry or several of the other smartphones.

The same software provides Backup and Restore. That is another way to simplify the transfer to a new device.
