You can only do it with the Android application found Android Application - BlueAnt Wireless

Now if there was someway that the sandbox'd Android Runtime had access to SMS then this would probably work. I assume the active frame would have to be open as well.

EDIT: What you could also do is enable Screen Reader in the Accessibility settings of BB10.

You have to be on 10.2.0.xxxx to have that feature.

Side loading the app will be our last resort since I highly doubt it will work.
