Earlier today I backed up my device with the Desktop Manager. I then performed a Handheld wipe, clearing my blackberry. Again using the Desktop Manager, I backed up all information. Now when I go to edit my ringtone profiles (loud, vibrate, etc.) I am unable to.
I am trying to set my ringtones but it seems as if all the pre-loaded ringtones are gone and when I scroll down to Advanced and attempt to assign a ring, it just highlights but does not allow me to click and edit.
