hi. help. pleaaaase.

So, I was trying to get yahoo messenger to work so I followed the steps that was given (service book, restore and back-up blah blah)) and when I was about to download yahoo messenger through my browser, i couldn't find my browser my icon, all i see is the Media Net one.
When I checked the Application Loader, it's still there.. it's not deletable.
but how come i can't see it on my device.

i want my browser back. help please

Go to the BIS website and send your service books again.

This suggestion should work. I had something similar happen to me and that fixed it all up

My wife had this happen to hers too, after letting somebody else make a call on her berry with their sim card. she did a battery pull and that fixed it.

Same thing happened to me, I have to call my service provider give him a few number and BAM! Fixed
