I have gone through many blackberrys. Just got another used one it's a v4.3 and i think its an 8330 if that matters...um it won't let me send emails or pictures messages, like there's no option to send pictures & email i go to send lets me save it as a draft but that's it. Please help?! I can receive pictures & emails but can't send em....why???

Have you tried updating the OS to 4.5?
Have you tried resending the Service Books?
