I have been having problems downloading things that are .alx files, so I reloaded the device software, even reloaded DM and deleted Vendor file and application loader no longer shows OS and I still can't load anything (probably because it doesn't show OS now, but I don't know). I can still use the Berry fine but I just bought a new application that I want to use and it is driving me crazy. I don't know what I am missing. Anyone who can help, I would be very grateful.
