My blackberry will not connect to desktop manager. I have reinstalled it adn it just keeps saying connected pin none. Could anyone please help!!!!! I am using a usb and i have switched to different ones and they all work but still not reading it please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Is it a new BB? I had the same problem about a year ago and found that my BB had broken a mental piece in the charge and usb connection port. Double check the port. If its dammaged you might habe to replace your phone.
