my desktop for pc gives me a "connection failed check your connction etc" the device is connected both usb and bluetoothe yet it gives me all the time this note. Im kind of stuck please help me.

Try a different usb port or check Device Manager that that port is powered on and does not power-down (power saving mode).

Try a different cord - someone in another thread just mentioned that using a different cord fixed their issue.

I had this issue as well.. check down by the clock and turn off (right click > exit) the desktop manager icon.. it seemed to fix it for me
