So I went to upgrade my bbm and after it was done downloading, I restarted it like it prompted me to. When it turned back on, my bbm was gone. So, I took out my battery and put it back in to reset it and now it wont start. The LED light continually has long flashes, but it will NOT turn back on.
Even if the OP never does, I'd like to thank brentoli for not flaming or saying "search". IMO, this is the way all such questions/requests SHOULD be handled.
To the OP: sorry to hear about your issues. Did you get the problem solved?
Nope. It won't do anything. Plus, I don't have/can't find the cd that it came with as I got my bb a year and a half ago. I'm at the point where I'm gonna get an iPhone because my berry has been acting up so much lately.
