I have a ton of dust under my screen. Almost to the point where I can't see the screen in the sun. Do any of you know a way to get rid of it without cracking the BB open or taking it to a Verizon store? I really need your help with this. I was looking at my Dad's 8830, and his in such better condition.

You can get a compressed air canister, but your best bet is cracking the phone open! its really easy, and the correct torx driver at home depot costs the same as the air canister. check out this video, its a take apart video..

I had this issue when I first got my Curve. I researched through AT&T forums and called for a warranty exchange. I've had no problems with dust on the replacement.

I have always had dust, I think everyone does to varying degrees. If its that bad either take it apart or take it back.
Like sunkist said, try not to put it in your pocket

What else can I do? I am in school all day, and I can't wear it on my belt, and I won't put it in my back pack.
