I just plugged in my bberry curve 8530 to my Mac, and pressed sync, stupidly. It took my contacts from my Mac address book- all 3 of them, and replaced them in my bberry- deleting the 300+ I had in there. Help! HOw can I restore them?

You can't unless you had a backup. If this is a new phone and you recently had the numbers transfered from an old phone to it, do that same process again and you should have your stuff back.

Also, without something like DM on your Mac, it doesn't just Sync your contacts with just anything...

If verizon transferred from an old phone to new, maybe they would do it again.
