Hello. Can anyone out there tell me what I have done wrong? I purchased the $69 one[URL="http://http://software.crackberry.com/product.asp?id=944&n=eOffice-%2D-Document-Production-%26-Attachment-Editing%3A-MS-Word-and-Excel"] No matter what I seem to do, I cant get all the applications to load. During the data transfer, I get a msg that says, "No applications configured for synchonization". I got it to synch with my desktop and it looks like all files are there, but no way to open. The bb is saying "no application associated with this file."

    ??????

Sorry the spelling and grammar is off. I have been up with the bb for 3 nites now!

I loaded the disk which came in the box from sprint. It had the "desktop manager" on it. Is that the one, or do I need something else?

    https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads...sZ9EUrSZbE4g**

download the device software from there, on the drop down menu, select your device, 8330. it will give you a setup launcher icon.

Then just click on it, and it will load the OS to your PC.

Then, you will be able to load the .alx file through the desktop manager

Thanks so much for your patience and help. It is saying the program will take over one hour to load. I will let you know if I have problems (so if a curve shows up in your mailbox with a blank check... just fill out the check and update the phone, cuz it was too much for me!).
