    friend of mine left his bb storm 9530 in a hot car and now it dont work at all the battery is ok but the phone will not turn on at all can someone help me with that problem

    Try to perform hard reset.. then try a software reload, if still does nt work ask him to buy a new one

    Let it thoroughly cool down. It may then need a full charge or as suggested, reboot.

    If its fried, it won't show signs of water damage and could probably be replaced if still in warranty.
