What do tou mean

It means that either:

1. You got the device password wrong too many times.
2. You manually security wiped your device, which seems unlikely as you don't know what a security wipe is...

Now, a security wipe cleans your device of all of its data. Therefore, when it's complete you won't have any data on it.
Unless you backed up this data, you can't reattain it.

normally security wipe means the phone is cleaning itself all the data and just leave the phone fresh as if it was brand new..

And it functions to clean the phone if we are doing it manually or when we are loading a new OS. Basically to give you a fresh phone.

Q is, what did you do prior to this image came out? Sometimes it takes 45 minutes and sometimes more than an hour depends on the data and apps installed.

Also note all your data will be gone. You will have to reload it from a backup or re-download it all
