    I have a blackberry pearl 8100. I have all my stuff registered to receive the emails, unlimited messaging etc....I have my yahoomail account set up and I was receiving all my messages just fine (spam mail is awful) and all of the sudden I my phone is not receiving any emails and I dont know what to do about it. Does anyone have any info that can help me or know somewhere I can call to get this problem straightened out

    I would login to the ATT website and resend your service books, sometimes that's all it takes to get it straightened out.

    Well how do you even do that? I may just end up calling the blackberry support team. They did a pretty good job when my icons just disappeared on my BB one day, just strange things happen w/this phone. I love it though.

    Do you have a login account with ATT? If you don't, create one and under your account should be settings to add or delete email addresses to your BB, and also should be a section to "Resend Service Books". I use Tmobile, and when I log into my account, it's very straightforward. Maybe another ATT user can link you to the website. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
