I have a bl40 running on a telus sim card
telus says it takes 3g phones But
Can I use 2g gsm blackberry phone with my sim card
I was thinking of getting a telus 8830 world phone or 8300
Or a cheaper blackberry replacement phone with wifi
I was thing of getting a blackberry 8320 because of its wifi capability
any help thanks

The 8830 will not work on any North American GSM carrier's network. It only supports the GSM frequency bands used overseas.

2. You need to be patient for answers. You only waited 5 minutes. That's rude.
3. I'm pretty sure that Telus uses HSPA+ and CDMA. You should call them and see exactly which ones will work on their network.
