New 9930 and freshily downloaded BBDestop Software. Wife's new BB. Was using DM to remove things I know she won't use and the update process is hung up at "downloaded modules 343 of 590". It's been about 20 min so I'm pretty certain there is an issue. What happens if I ignore the warning and disconnect at this point?
BTW, first smartphone for her and it took her about 15 seconds each to decide she didn't want the new Razr or 4S.
