Default Help! Desktop and Blackberry mail sync

I have configured Apple mail as my primary email client, that includes a pretty robust spam app and some rules and smart mailboxes. I have disabled junk mail on gmal, so all my email comes to my mac and then gets filtered out through the anti-spam filter and makes my inbox cleaner than before. I can run my mac 24x7(just for filtering spam), so it can act as a server. It will filters the mail and keep all my devices in sync (except Blackberry). Now, here come the problem….The mails that I have "read" or filtered/deleted on my Mac, are always "unread" on my Blackberry. its pretty annoying to manually set mails as "read" on BB. Mails once delivered to the BB device, have to be read. I only foresee one solution to my problem, i,e a great anti-spam filter for Blackberry.
All I want is my Inbox on my Mac to be same as my BB. (read vs read, unread vs unread, spam vs spam)
Please suggest me a way out…..

note - I am on BIS

I can't do alt+u 100-150 times a day. Moreover, it not a solution to, what I am looking for.

You don't have to, click thee top date bar in inbox and select mark prior read. One easy step.

And no, there's no solution to do it automatically.
