I cannot unlock my phone. Every time I type in my password the wrong characters come up or it inputs two characters at once...Example: if i type "e" the letters "uo" shows up , when i press the trackball it does the same thing. it seems as if the whole top row is not working correctly.I pulled the battery but it did not work. Any suggestions?
