Can't scroll down to click "ok" and wipe handheld. I am sending it back to Rogers as I have received my replacement.

I don't know how to wipe it because I can't scroll. I can get to the screen where it says "Include third party applications" with the checkbox, btu I don't know how to go down further.

    Any ideas?

Is the "ok" highlighted already? If it is press the return button. If it isn't it's going
to be hard to scroll down.

i can click it in, where it says, "include third party applications", but I can't scroll down to where it will ask me to click 'ok' and then to type "blackberry" to confirm.

Try taking the trackball out and putting it in the other way...this should let you scroll down to "ok" but if you put it in reverse you can't scroll up..I had a problem like that with my old one..not sure if your 8900 trackball works like that.

Ya, open up the "Application Loader" on the Deskptop Manager and uncheck the boxes of the APPS you want removed..or Application Loader>Settings>Check the Box "Delete all Application Data". Let me know if it works...remember..newbie here trying to help lol.

You could actually nuke the phone and reload the OS on it using the instructions
    in here.

I have no idea how to use it. Tried a few times. I'm on a Mac as well.

EDIT: Opened it up with DM for Mac. "Device > Clear Data". Its wiping. Yay.
