    I did a battery pull and the white thread has loaded all the way, but it just stays there.. any advice?

    How long has it sat there? I had mine literally sit still for a good 10 mins before finishing

    I have BB 9700.. the white thread finishes, but thats it.. it just sits there. I havent timed it.. i keep doing battery pulls hoping it'll fix..

    Just let it sit there and see if it eventually starts. Give it at least 15 minutes. You might want to connect it to the charger if you've been pulling the battery a lot already.
