Dear Forum users, got an issue setting my emails in my phone, I bought my BB in the states refurbished to use it overseas, the thing is when a run the wizard to set my emails account, it gives me a message on screen that this pin has an account created already, and I cannot access to eliminate, create or add a new account.

You have to call your carrier and have them delete what was on the pin before you, but if this is not your first bb just simply load DM and restore to what you had previously.
