Bad Battery is my guess. You can get a cheap battery on ebay. You should also be able to take the battery your carrier's store and have them test it. I usually buy a battery at batteries plus for like $30 bucks and then return it when the cheap one from ebay arrives. Once you get power you might have lost your OS and will need this link. How to Reload the Operating System on a Nuked or Bricked BlackBerry | CrackBerry.com You probably should have posted this in your 9300 forum.

You may have corrupted the OS if you cut the power during the installation. Have you tried hooking it to your computer to see if it is recognized by Desktop Manager or BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife (BBSAK)? I've seen corrupted phones that didn't show any LED light but were still starting up after plugging into computer and then inserting battery.
