when you say `tried to reload software` do mean mean as per normal via Dm, or have you used the nuked scenario as per above?

OP, you need to detail a little more about what you have tried up to this point to resolve the issue. Just posting Help and you've tried to reboot but this is as far as you've gotten is far too vague. I had something like that happen to my phone, once, and it took two hours to finally push thru. I had to pull the battery a couple of times, and finally got it to boot into safe mode, and never had the issue again.

ive ben waiting for a day now but i have tryed installing the software over from blackberry desktop manager

and it connects to the computer but after it reaches that state where it wont load anymore it disconnects from the computer and it doesn't recognize it anymore
