Hey I downloaded the blackberry video converter like I was told, because I was having trouble with Roxio. I converted the video with the new program and my videos still won't play. I followed all the instructions the program said (.avi at the end of the file etc.) I am so lost and I don't know what to do. I read the lecture on this site twice and still am not able to get my videos working. Can someone tell me what settings they use to convert their videos, just anything to help me.

I've tried to put videos on my BB but haven't had any luck either. The ONLY way that I have had luck was if they were small, like 2 minute or less length videos. I tried to put on a music video, even a video of Jeff Dunham that I got off comedy central and can't get them to play even when they're loaded on my SDcard.
