im trying to update my blackberry curve and i downloaded both desktop manager and device and my phone still hasnt upgraded so can someone walk me thru of wat im posed 2 do

NOW I NEED HELP!!!!!!!! I tried to DL the 4.5 on my 8330 from Verizon and right at the end I got an error message and I looked at the BB and it downgraded my bb to a OS of 3.2.0.41. I cant get calls nothing and my DM doesnt recognize my pin and not even anything is in color anymore! Help please!
