I've had my blackberry since august, its been great until about a month ago, it started deleting my texts as soon as i sent them or as soon as i go them, i got told to buy a new battery, and it still hasnt changed, plus the back wont fit any more, it my phone toast ?
The deletion of texts thing: Does your phone have a memory card? And if it does do you save media to your memory card? If you save it all on the device memory the phone starts to delete messages and call logs once it's too full.
P.O.E. Speaks the truth. It has nothing to do with your battery, and everything to do with your lack of internal memory.
The battery cover doesn't fit becuase you were probably given an extended life battery. Buy yourself a 512 mb memory card, and make sure your pix/flix/etc are saved to the card and not the device.
