i currently have a curve 8530, i am unable to make or take a call unless i have my headset plugged in. it is also not letting me listen to music unless the head set is plugged in
any advice please

Push the headphone jack in and out a few times quickly. Followed by a battery pull. The prong inside that switches between headphones and speaker may be stuck. This has cured others with the same problem. Best of luck!
