Having trackpad issues
My Torch 9860 is 6 months old. And the Trackpad stopped working when clicked. And now I'm getting it repair on sunday. But what I'm hesitant about is disassmbling the phone. Because I always have a feeling that when my phone is opened or dropped. I just wanna dispose of it and switch to a new device. I'm wondering if other BB users is like me, or they love their phone even if its opened, refurb or anything.

it's a blackberry. if you drop it you might have to replace your floor.

unlike others phones that if you drop; you'll need a dustbuster to pick up.

Nope if i drop it and something gets damaged i will try to fix it. If i tried it to fix it and it's not possible to recover it.
Then i will dispose it otherwise i won't dispose anything before trying to fix it.
You just have that ''feeling'' it's all in your mind.gee gee baby~ - 04-27-2012, 07:38 AM #4
If I drop something and something breaks I try to fix it, just like byul. I have dropped my BB plenty of times though, and *knocks on wood* nothing has broken.

Simple. Don't drop it!!!!!
If it was a new born baby you wouldn't drop it would you, so treat it as such.

What about when you know that if your phone is been opened up? I always get that twitch. When my phone is opened. I feel like irritated and would want to switch immediately. Maybe that's just because I've used 70 phones since the 2nd grade. And I'm 2nd year college now.

ive replaced many parts including trackpads on my old devices. worked perfectly fine afterwards. i actually preferred doing my own repair work because it was easy and i knew it was done right.
