yes i am getting an error it says 2738 error could not access VB script runtime. and this is from the cd that came with my phone. i also can not download it from the internet either

This error message indicates that the VBScript engine is not currently registered on the machine where the install/uninstall is taking place.

Resolution:

The VBScript engine can be quickly registered by following these steps:
1. Run Command Prompt as administrator********
1.1 Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories**********
1.2 Right click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator
2. cd %windir%\system32
3. regsvr32 vbscript.dll

Do this...

Go to start-programs-accessories

Locate the command prompt icon

Right click on the icon and select run as administrator.

A new dos window will open.

Type cd\ <enter>

Type cd windows\system32 <enter>

Type regsvr32 vbscript.dll <enter>

Try to install again.

it is just taking a long time to download it..

If you're downloading from rim's site that takes forever. I suggest downloading from your carrier's website.. It's 200x faster.

Even try the cd again, may work now.

To pin open your BlackBerry messenger and hit the menu button and add contact. It will ask to add by email or pin. Choose pin, type in the pin and send. You can also go into the regular messages list and compose pin, type in the pin and send.
