So I was told that my WiFi wasn't working because I didn't have a data plan, so I purchased a data plan. I was also told that the plan will add the required service books that are missing which WiFi needs in order to function. I then checked the service books and saw that there were a lot more added such as BIS IPPP etc. However, the WiFi STILL doesn't work and I don't know what else to do. PLEASE help

if u have service books then ur wifi shd work the only reasons i can think of are
1. Maybe your wifi Device supports APSD since all BB devices are APSD so u need disable it 1St
2. You should get ur Device checked if it doesnt work with NY1 wifi hotspot at all
