I own a small business and I am looking to add a direct messaging program to my website so people can send me direct IM's to my blackberry. Is there a program?

There are a ton of IM alternatives you can use. Try googling "open source messenger"

if nothing works out with finding a direct im client just use bb email. its fast and goes right to the device. sounds like a good alternative to me :-D
