Hi there - My UrBeats ear buds volume control sometimes stop functioning. Play / Pause continues to work. I have tried restarting the music ap, unplugging the earphones and restarting the phone. When they do regain their function it doesn't seem to be anything in particular that I have done. Does anyone have any tricks that I can use to get the volume working? FYI - UrBeats operate by accessing the device volume control.

Have you tried them on another device to determine if it's an earphone problem or not?

Hey stevobbm - Actually I gave away my old iPod, so I didn't get a chance to determine whether the problem was on my device or my UrBeats.
That being said - I stumbled across a solution.
Pressing volume up and volume down simultaneously on the UrBeats can help with this. Sometimes I needed to do it a couple times, or hold the buttons down for a couple seconds, but regardless playing with this can help.
I also recommend looking at the screen while doing this and you will see that the small "headphone volume" window will reappear.
So, if anyone else has this problem give it a try.
